You can cancel your Vidgenie subscription at any time through your workspace settings. This guide explains the cancellation process and what to expect after cancellation.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Access Subscription Settings
Log in to your Vidgenie account
Navigate to Subscription Settings
Click on "Manage Plan"
Cancel Your Subscription
Locate the "Cancel Subscription" option
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Select a reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
Confirm your cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
Immediate Effects
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
You retain full access to all features and remaining credits
No additional charges will be made after cancellation unless you have consumed overage credits, which will be charged at the end of the billing period
Any unused credits will remain available until the end of your billing period
End of Billing Period
Your paid subscription will convert to a Free plan
Unused credits will expire
Access to paid features will be restricted
Your workspace and created content remain accessible
You'll retain access to the Free plan's features and credits
Important Notes
Billing Period End Dates
For monthly subscriptions: Last day of your current month
For annual subscriptions: Last day of your current year
Overage Charges
Any pending overage charges will be billed at the end of your billing period
You remain responsible for any overage charges incurred before cancellation
Data Retention
Your account and created videos remain accessible
Projects and settings are preserved
You can reactivate your subscription at any time
Reactivating Your Subscription
If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time:
Return to Workspace Settings
Choose a new plan
Complete the subscription process
Your new subscription will start immediately
